Job Title: Healthcare Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team in Nelson. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to our service user, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to our service user, including repositioning, clinical observations, and attending to their clinical care needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the service user receives the best possible care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that meet the service user's needs and preferences.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns or issues to the care team.

Requirements:

  • 3 months' previous care experience.
  • Medication Administration.
  • Personal Care.
  • Moving and Handling.

Desirable Experience:

  • Ventilation Management.
  • PEG feeding.
  • Cough Assist.

Working Hours:

  • Part Time Nights - 2 shifts per week.
  • 8:00pm-6:00am.

Pay Rates:

  • Weeknights: £13.00 per hour (Approx. £130 per 10-hour shift).
  • Weekends: £13.75 per hour (Approx. £137.50 per 10-hour shift).
  • Bank Holidays: £15.00 per hour (Approx. £150 per 10-hour shift).
