Job Title: Healthcare Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Apollo Home Healthcare Ltd. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users in their own homes.

About the Role:

This is a rewarding opportunity for a motivated and compassionate individual to make a positive impact on the lives of our service users. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personal care, repositioning, and clinical observations, as well as attending to the clinical care needs of our service users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality personal care and support to service users
  • Reposition and move service users safely and efficiently
  • Conduct clinical observations and report any changes or concerns to the care team
  • Attend to the clinical care needs of service users, including medication administration and wound care
Requirements:
  • 3 months' previous care experience
  • Medication administration training
  • Personal care skills
  • Moving and handling training

Working Hours:

We have the following shifts available:

  • Part Time Nights - 2 shifts per week
  • 8:00pm-6:00am
Pay Rates:

Weeknights: £13.00 per hour (Approx. £130 per 10-hour shift)

Weekends: £13.75 per hour (Approx. £137.50 per 10-hour shift)

Bank Holidays: £15.00 per hour (Approx. £150 per 10-hour shift)
