We're seeking a highly skilled Data Protection Incident Response Support Specialist to join our team at LOD, a global leader in flexible work arrangements. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in relevant roles, including law firms or in-house positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support lawyers in assessing and notifying personal data breaches and security incidents under European legislation.
  • Engage with European regulators in relation to reported breaches.
  • Prepare documentation to comply with incident notification requirements.
  • Contribute to high-impact projects to improve the incident management and response program.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to implement process improvements.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of GDPR, ePD, EECC, NIS-D incident reporting requirements.
  • Experience working with regulators and responding to regulatory enquiries.
  • Strong organisational skills and a project management mindset.
