Business Operations Coordinator

Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Business Administrator to support our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Providing administrative support to the team
Managing all correspondence and responding accordingly
Maintaining effective systems to ensure up-to-date filing and records
Supporting service delivery and guaranteeing compliance
Coordinating and completing Care Pro newsletters
Providing project administration support as required
Carrying out other duties as necessary
The successful candidate will have a good standard of written and oral English and at least two years' experience in an administrative role.
This role requires the ability to work under pressure in a busy environment and be competent in the use of Microsoft Office and web-based systems.
The working hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00, with a 30-minute lunch break.

The remuneration for this role is £24,000.
