Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - FMCG
">About the Role:
">- This is an incredible opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing FMCG business that has experienced exponential growth over the past 4 years.
- As a Senior Regional Field Sales Manager, you will be managing a large team of brand ambassadors regularly attending events and on-boarding new customers in the Southern region.
- The role involves strategizing on the expansion of the Southern region and ensuring direct sales KPI's are executed.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Management of Brand Ambassadors & all fixed terms employee's within the South
- Motivation of all employees with regular 1-1's
- Ensuring direct sales KPI's are executed
- Strategizing on the expansion of the Southern region
Requirements:
">- Must have managed teams of 15+
- P&L cost management
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Able to analyse data and trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, high level of experience in creating reports and presentations for senior sales management teams.
