About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Deputy Day Opportunities Manager to join our team at Hft. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and delivering day opportunity activities, supporting individuals with learning disabilities, and building effective relationships with local authorities and families.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Level 4 or equivalent Lead Practitioner Diploma in Adult Care, or be willing to undertake this qualification within an agreed timescale. You will also need to have recent experience in the field of learning disabilities, either in regulated services or day service provision.

Requirements
- Level 4 or equivalent Lead Practitioner Diploma in Adult Care
- Recent experience in the field of learning disabilities
- Ability to think operationally
- Ability to lead and manage people and be a role model in all aspects of people leadership
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals and their families
- Ability to be innovative while complying with the law and Hft policies and procedures
- A full UK driving licence, with access to your own vehicle
