Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and delivery of our annual undergraduate recruitment events, including offer holder days, campus tours, and virtual events.
  • Conduct competitor and marketplace research to inform evidence-led continuous improvement of the recruitment program.
  • Manage a small team of direct reports and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
