Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Programme Manager to oversee a portfolio of technical projects and change management initiatives at Thalia Waste Management. As a key member of our team, you will ensure alignment with strategic objectives, optimize resources, and ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.

About the Role:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and closure of complex technical projects to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement effective change management strategies to minimize disruption and maximize adoption.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and cross-functional departments to deliver project outcomes and drive business results.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely completion to meet business objectives.
  • Report on financial performance and programme outcomes to senior management to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field to provide a solid foundation for technical project management.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or MSP are desirable to demonstrate expertise in project management.
  • Proven experience in managing complex technical projects and programmes to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills to build and maintain effective relationships with team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
  • Expertise in risk management, financial oversight, and change management to drive business results and minimize disruption.
