Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Programme Manager to oversee a portfolio of technical projects and change management initiatives. In this role, you will ensure alignment with strategic objectives, optimize resources, and ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.

This is a remote-based role with some travel across our 4 waste treatment plants. This isn't daily travel but the successful candidate must be willing to travel as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution

Lead the planning, execution, and closure of complex technical projects.

Change Management

Develop and implement effective change management strategies.

Collaboration and Communication

Collaborate with technical teams and cross-functional departments to deliver project outcomes.

Project Monitoring and Risk Management

Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely completion.

Reporting and Analysis

Report on financial performance and programme outcomes to senior management.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.

Certifications

Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or MSP are desirable.

Experience

Proven experience in managing complex technical projects and programmes.

Skills

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Expertise

Expertise in risk management, financial oversight, and change management.

About Thalia Waste Management
