About the Position:

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our Spray Shop team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of quality control, health and safety standards, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Factory Scheduler to streamline production workflows and meet targets.
  • Maintain the highest quality standards, identifying and addressing potential issues.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills within the department.
  • Provide comprehensive induction training to new team members in the spray shop.
  • Strategically plan and coordinate spray shop activities to maximise productivity.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to reduce downtime and waste.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inefficiencies and implement solutions.
  • Ensure all maintenance is completed on time, thoroughly, and in compliance with safety standards.
  • Guarantee adherence to health and safety regulations, fostering a safe and compliant working environment.
  • Oversee paint stores and sprayshop inventory, prioritising stock rotation and proper disposal of expired materials.
  • Perform additional duties to support the company's objectives as needed.

About You:

You're a seasoned leader in a manufacturing or spray shop environment. You have a strong understanding of quality control, health and safety standards, and operational efficiency. You're a skilled communicator who excels in cross-departmental collaboration.

What We Offer:
