**ROLE**: Legal Secretary and Receptionist (Part-Time)
**LOCATION**:Thorne
**SALARY**: Competitive
**HOURS**: 09:00-17:15, 3 days per week

**ROLE**:
Are you looking for a new challenge in the legal sector? Sills & Betteridge Solicitors LLP has an exciting opportunity for a part-time Legal Secretary and Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding customer service and creating a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
The role will include but is not limited to:
- Greeting clients and visitors
- Managing incoming phone calls
- Ensuring that the reception area and meeting rooms are tidy and organised
- Coordinating meeting room bookings for internal and external meetings
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
- Assisting with drafting and formatting legal documents and correspondence
- Providing general administrative support
- Audio typing
