As a Finance Sales Coordinator, you will be a valued team member committed to delivering customer service that exceeds our customers’ expectations. You will be responding to warm sales leads, all pre-qualified and therefore this is absolutely no cold calling involved

You will make each Stoneacre customer feel valued, accompanying them on their journey to find their next car, all whilst contributing towards making Stoneacre the** Number One **Motor Group**.**

**An average day as a Finance Sales Coordinator**
- Respond to online motor finance enquiries - No cold calling
- Walk our customers through every stage of their car buying journey
- Help our customers secure the best motor finance for them and support them in finding the car that suits their needs
- Build rapport with your customer to understand exactly what they need
- Utilise our CRM system to enable you to manage the customer journey pro-actively
- Achieve all KPI’s around activity and quality
- Achieve sales and performance targets set by the business
- Operate within FCA guidelines

**Working pattern**

Delivering a flexible approach to shifts, you will cover 40 hours per week, covering the department opening hours.

**About you**
- You are qualified in English at GCSE level A-C and hold basic IT skills
- You will have experience working within a customer service/ target driven environment
- You will have capable communication skills with a natural flair for conversation
- You will have a passion for delivering excellence and being recognised for that excellence
- You will be confident in communicating via various methods including telephone and SMS
- You will be results driven with the desire to succeed.
- You will be able to prioritise and structure your own work/time efficiently
- You will be able to troubleshoot and have issue solving skills
- You will have effective time management
