As a Digital Coordinator, you will be a valued team member committed to delivering customer service that exceeds our customers’ expectations. You will make each Stoneacre customer feel valued, accompanying them on their journey to find their next car, all whilst contributing towards making Stoneacre the** Number One **Motor Group**.**
**About you**
- You are qualified in English at GCSE level A-C and hold basic IT skills
- You will have experience working within a customer service role
- You will have capable communication skills with a natural flair for conversation
- You will have a passion for delivering excellence and being recognised for that excellence
- You will be confident in communicating via various methods including telephone and live chat
- You will be results driven with the desire to succeed.
- You will be able to prioritise and structure your own work/time efficiently
- You will be able to troubleshoot and have issue solving skills
- You will have effective time management

**An average day as a Digital Coordinator**
- Manage enquiries from various Manufacturers and sources, including live chat
- Learn to understand customer needs with a view to generate an appointment
- Provide exemplary customer service to all customers
- Develop customer relationships by providing a simple, seamless and efficient service
- Understand the importance of the role and the effect it has on the company as a whole
**What hours will you be working**
- Delivering a flexible approach to shifts, covering 40 hours per week, covering department opening hours:
Monday to Friday 8.30am - 7.00pm
Saturday 9.00am - 5.00pm
Sunday 10.30am -4.30pm (weekends on a pro rota basis)
Weekend rotation is currently 1 in 4. Additional weekends may be required depending on the requirements of the business.
