Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement cost management and savings models to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

- Lead project teams to deliver high-impact projects with measurable benefits to the business.
- Develop and deliver capability training, coaching, and mentoring programs for the wider team.
- Ensure viable and sustainable solutions are developed that consider process, systems, and people dynamics.
- Lean six sigma green/black belt/lean practitioner certification or extensive relevant industry experience.
- Extensive knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, including lean six sigma, with a track record of delivery.
- Degree/HNC or equivalent in a STEM-based subject or relevant work-based experience.
- Leadership experience in both project and change management.
- High-level analytical experience.
- Proven track record of continuous improvement delivery.
