Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn. As a valuable member of our staff, you will contribute to delivering high-quality patient care.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Provide support to patients with daily tasks and activities, promoting independence and well-being.
  2. Assist healthcare teams to ensure effective care delivery, working closely with registered nurses and other professionals.
  3. Develop strong relationships with patients and their families, building trust and confidence through excellent communication skills.
  4. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Essential Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including days, nights, and bank holidays.
  • Ability to work autonomously while being part of a team.
  • Willingsness to undertake further training and mandatory updates as needed.
