Job Title: Client Account Manager

As a Client Account Manager at Trilogic Recruitment Ltd, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our clients' businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the onboarding of new clients to ensure a smooth transition and excellent support.
  • Develop and maintain deep, long-standing relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and goals.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to implement plans and strategies that drive business growth and success.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and business opportunities for clients, working closely with their professional support network.
  • Review financial information with clients, focusing on tax management and planning, as well as future growth opportunities.
  • Build robust forecasting models and challenge clients to use them to drive business growth and development.
  • Continuously identify ways to enhance the service level and support offered to clients.
