Business Development Manager

As a Client Account Manager at Trilogic Recruitment Ltd, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our clients' businesses.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with the onboarding of new clients to ensure a smooth transition and excellent support.
- Develop and maintain deep, long-standing relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and goals.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to implement plans and strategies that drive business growth and success.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and business opportunities for clients, working closely with their professional support network.
- Review financial information with clients, focusing on tax management and planning, as well as future growth opportunities.
- Build robust forecasting models and challenge clients to use them to drive business growth and development.
- Continuously identify ways to enhance the service level and support offered to clients.
- Competitive salary range of £45K-£50K per annum (DOE & Quals).
- Swindon-based role with opportunities for remote working after a settling-in period.
- Company pension scheme, paid business mileage, and statutory minimum sick pay and holiday entitlement.
