The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring that they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

  • Supervise and coordinate regular maintenance and cleaning of the facility.
  • Responsible for the daily, weekly, and monthly pool plant operations, pool hygiene, tasks and safety checks.
  • Deal with any H&S incidents, accidents, safeguarding concerns & report on the management system.
  • Line management, coaching and developing responsibilities of a team of front line staff.
  • Coordination of events and activities such as gala's and holiday camps.
  • Provide first class customer service to all users of the facility.
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with our customers and potential customers, handling, and escalating complaints where appropriate.

**Key Skills:**

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with health and safety procedures.
  • Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.

**Salary Range:** £26,000 - £36,000 per annum depending on experience.
