About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Share Plans Specialist to join our team at Annapurna. As a Share Plans Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and administering employee share plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing expert guidance on all aspects of share schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and Manage Share Plans: Coordinate plan communication, handle plan enrolment, and manage the distribution of share awards.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with UK regulations and global tax laws.
  • Provide Support: Provide support to employees regarding plan details, tax implications, and general queries.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement new share plans.
  • Analyse Reports: Prepare and analyse reports on plan performance and employee participation.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in share plan administration or a similar role.
  • Strong Knowledge: Strong knowledge of UK and international tax laws relating to share plans.
  • Excellent Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to Work: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Software: Proficiency in using share plan management software.
