About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Delivery Team Member to join our team at Next. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are available to customers as quickly as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process stock quickly and to the highest standard, including scanning, unpacking, hanging, size cubing, and putting stock away.
- Ensure all stock is presented in a visually appealing manner and placed on the sales floors or in stockrooms correctly.
- Maintain operational areas of the store, including keeping them clean, tidy, and organized.
- Provide fast and friendly service to customers from back or front areas of the store, working on the sales floor as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the store team, reporting to one of our Coordinators or Managers.
About You:
- You are a great communicator, friendly, calm, and efficient, even on your busiest days.
- You are accurate, thorough, and well-organized, with excellent attention to detail.
- You take pride in your work and approach all tasks with energy, pace, and enthusiasm.
- You are happy to work independently and keep yourself busy.
- You are flexible, supportive, and always ready to go the extra mile for your team and our customers.
- You enjoy taking control of your own development.
In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment.
This role is not one we would typically consider for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to the relevant Home Office requirements on skills level not being met. Candidates are therefore encouraged to consider their own right to work options without Next sponsorship.
