Counsellor for Children and Adults

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Counsellor to join our team at Listening Ear.
As a Counsellor for Children and Adults, you will be responsible for providing a counselling service to support improvements in mental health.
You will work closely with our team to develop support plans for presenting issues and use our CRM system accurately and effectively to complete referrals, assessments, case notes, communications, outcomes, and evaluations.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Provide a counselling service to support improvements in children, young people, and adult's mental health
• Develop and deliver psycho-educational group work as required
• Identify and manage risk/safeguarding in line with our policies and procedures
• Work with a wide range of presenting issues
• Participate in LE meetings and clinical and management supervision
• Keep up-to-date with changes in practice and participate in training and education identified as part of supervision and/or professional and personal development plan
• Ensure good liaison exists between yourself and relevant external agencies
• Undertake administrative and clerical tasks
