About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Room Leader to join our team at Muddy Boots Nursery. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional childcare and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Room Leader in leading a team to provide high-quality care and education to children.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of educational programs and activities.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assist with the supervision and guidance of staff members.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Relevant Early Years qualification (e.g., Level 3 or higher).
  • At least 1 year of experience working in an Early Years or Nursery setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary up to £12.20 per hour (21yrs+).
  • A full-time role with 38 hours per week, spread across 4 full days and a set day off each week (part-time hours will also be considered).
