About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Room Leader to join our team at The Old Station Nursery. As a Deputy Room Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality care and education for our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and growth of our Nursery Practitioners in creating a fun and engaging learning environment.
  • Provide clear communication to parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and well-being.
  • Develop and implement exciting activities and programs that promote the cognitive, social, and emotional development of our children.
Requirements
  • Early Years Level 3 Qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a nursery or childcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
