Key Responsibilities:
- Work flexibly across the week, driving key metrics amongst the HOD team, and working back-to-back with the General Manager to ensure management for across all shifts and deputising in the General Manager's absence.
- Collate rota's and ensure workforce plans are created to ensure the hotel is ready for any eventuality.
- Utilise your experience in food and beverage to level up the daily guest experience.
Requirements:
- Previous hotel experience with a strong background in the Food and Beverage department.
- Flexible, experienced hospitality managers who are ready to be hands-on and drive a first-class guest experience.
