Job Title: Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Brave. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients, growing a profile and reputation within the office for advising corporate businesses, and delivering effective insurance solutions and service across all products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake reviews of existing policies for clients via email, over the phone, and in person, focusing on fleet, mid-corporate, and large corporate commercial policies, as well as home, motor, and equine policies.
  • Cross-sell the full range of our products, including financial services and risk management services.
  • Effectively manage your time to balance client reviews, pre and post-review work, and other responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • UK Driving License and access to own vehicle is essential.
  • Experience working within Insurance is essential.
  • Experience working in an Account Management role is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong IT literacy, proficient using MS Office Applications.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks.
