About the Role:We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate individual to join our team as a Residential Care Assistant. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and personal care.
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of individualized care plans, ensuring residents' needs are met and their goals are achieved.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care, including coordination of activities, meals, and medication.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, including progress notes, medication administration records, and incident reports.
