We're seeking a highly skilled Merchandise Planning Manager to join our Global Inventory Team, playing a key role in driving sales and profit through optimized stock distribution across all retail channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead teams to deliver Planning KPIs on sales, stock, and margin
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to inform trading decisions, presenting opportunities, risks, and actions
  • Project manage and implement inventory optimization initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering improved sales, margin, and ranges across complex channel territories
  • Experience in managing and developing Planning teams
  • Ability to develop clear development plans for the team, aligned with business priorities and plans
