We're seeking a highly skilled Merchandise Planning Manager to join our Global Inventory Team, playing a key role in driving sales and profit by optimizing stock distribution to all retail channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead teams to deliver Planning KPIs on sales, stock, and margin, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to inform trading decisions, presenting opportunities, risks, and actions.
  • Develop and manage product strategy, including pricing and promotional initiatives.
  • Oversee inventory management and product launches, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Develop and manage Planning teams, focusing on talent development and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Project manage and implement initiatives, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Communicate and present to key stakeholders, influencing at a senior level.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of delivering improved sales, margin, and ranges across complex channel territories.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Experience managing and developing Planning teams, with a minimum of 2 years at Senior Planner level or above.
  • Ability to communicate and influence at a senior level, and to key stakeholders.
  • Energetic, positive, 'can-do' attitude, with a passion for retail.
