Job Title: Director of Wholesale Planning

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Wholesale Planning to join our team at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. As a key member of our planning team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement merchandise planning strategies to support business growth and profitability
• Analyze sales trends, market data, and customer insights to inform planning decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between planning and business objectives
• Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to drive business performance
• Identify opportunities to optimize product pricing and promotional strategies to drive sales and margin
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in merchandise planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in merchandise planning or related field
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and retail math and financial analysis
• Excellent communication, prioritizing, and problem-solving skills
