We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at Vistry North West Midlands. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively seek out prospective sales opportunities and follow up with leads to optimize business outcomes.
  • Create and deliver engaging sales pitches and tours of our show homes and developments.
  • Negotiate with customers to ensure the best sales outcomes for the business.
  • Utilize technology to innovate and generate sales in diverse environmental and economic conditions.
  • Manage and follow the sales process and customer journey as per Vistry's procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads.
  • Excellent IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills, with the ability to handle complaints and difficult situations.
  • Full driving license and access to a suitable vehicle.
  • Ability to work weekends and travel to all marketing suites within the division as required.
