  • Drive and visualize Boortmalt's Regional roadmaps and the performance of our suppliers (coops, traders, dealers) and farmers.
  • Contribute to the department's efforts to continuously identify and develop opportunities for improving the carbon footprint of our barley supply chain, biodiversity, and SAI concepts.

Requirements

We are looking for an individual with a strong agri-analytical foundation and a background and keen interest in sustainable and carbon-neutral farming. The ideal candidate should have:

  • A Master's Degree in Biology, Agronomy, or equivalent through experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience and affinity with handling data, demonstrated passion for sustainable farming.
  • A proven track record in a regional function, working with international teams in a matrix environment.
  • Good analytical skills, with proven experience in running basic statistical analysis on farmer data (CFT).
  • A good understanding of the sustainable farming environment, SAI, SBTi FLAG, Label Bas Carbone, and other relevant concepts.
  • Strong influencing skills to get data and information in on time and drive change.
