Regional Sustainable Agriculture Manager UK and Ireland

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sustainable Agriculture Manager to join our team in the UK and Ireland. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving our sustainable agriculture strategy and ensuring the success of our regional operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide guidance and leadership on sustainable farming projects within the region.
- Work with external parties, including customers, suppliers, and farmers, to execute and deliver our Scope 3 roadmaps.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regional suppliers, farmers, and other stakeholders to drive performance and improve the carbon footprint of our barley supply chain.
- Support the Group Sustainable Agriculture Manager in analyzing data-driven insights and developing opportunities for improving the carbon footprint of barley, biodiversity, and SAI concepts.
- Assist in identifying and developing solutions to transform data from different sources into valuable business insights.
- Collaborate with the Regional barley and sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Masters Degree in Biology, Agronomy, or equivalent through experience.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a regional function, working with international teams in a matrix environment.
- Proven track record in handling data and demonstrated passion for sustainable farming.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in running basic statistical analysis on farmer data.
- Good understanding of the sustainable farming environment, SAI, SBTi FLAG, Label Bas Carbone, and other relevant methodologies.
- Strong influencing skills to drive change and get data and information in on time.
- Thorough knowledge of environmental footprint approaches and methodologies.
- Good relationship skills and trust building in a complex environment.
- Strong communications skills from farmer to brewer.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with ability to think analytically and problem solve across multi-regions and multi-years.
- Information seeking capabilities to fill data gaps and identify critical information needs.
- Fluent in English and French, with any other language optional.
- High familiarity with O365 tools and data gathering/reporting tools.
