About the Role:

The Senior Clinical Data Analyst will play a key role in the success of our clinical research projects at Parexel. As a seasoned professional in clinical data management, you will be responsible for leading and executing clinical data cleaning activities, ensuring data quality and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage clinical data cleaning activities, including query management and data review.
  • Develop and implement data management plans, ensuring timely and accurate data delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Provide expert guidance on data management best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including data management plans and standard operating procedures.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data quality and efficiency.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on data management principles and practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as life sciences or computer science.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical data management, with a focus on data cleaning and data quality.
  • Proven expertise in data management software, including EDC systems and database programming.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, including ICH-GCP and 21 CFR 11.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data quality issues.
