Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their growing regional team. As a key member of the commercial team, you will be responsible for procurement and management of subcontractors and supply chain. Managing projects from award through to final accounts, reporting on monthly cost/value reconciliations, and assisting with change and managing variations.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of civil engineering projects, in a company that will offer you career growth and development.
Key Requirements
- Degree Qualified in Quantity Surveying or other relevant qualification and experience
- Civil Engineering and Infrastructure experience
- Previous Main Contracting and or Sub Contractor experience
- NEC contract experience
- Sub contract procurement and management experience
- Financial reporting, remeasurement and take-off experience
About the Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with the project team to identify and mitigate risks, and to develop and implement strategies to achieve project objectives.
