Job Summary
Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for procurement and management of subcontractors and supply chain, managing projects from award through to final accounts, and reporting on monthly cost/value reconciliations.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of civil engineering projects, providing a comprehensive range of Civil engineering & Infrastructure solutions. The successful candidate will have a degree-qualified background in Quantity Surveying or a relevant qualification and experience, with a strong understanding of NEC contracts and sub-contract procurement and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Procurement and management of subcontractors and supply chain
- Managing projects from award through to final accounts
- Reporting on monthly cost/value reconciliations
- Assisting with change and managing variations
