Fostering Social Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Fostering Social Worker to join our team in Swansea, South Wales. As a Supervising Social Worker, you will be responsible for carrying a caseload of foster carers and participating in duty rota as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry a caseload of approximately 16 foster carers
  • Participate in duty rota as and when required
  • Visit foster carers and provide support as needed
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 6 months experience of working in the UK as a registered social worker
  • Relevant Social Work Qualification
  • Registration with Social Care Wales / Social Work England
  • Enhanced DBS, registered on the update service or be happy to apply for a DBS
  • 3 Years of referencing
  • Driving license with access to a car
