As a Fostering Service Manager, you will oversee a team of Advanced Practitioners and Supervising Social Workers to ensure the delivery of comprehensive support and supervision to foster carers. Your role will involve collaborating with the Corporate Parenting and Fostering management team to adhere to timescales and Foster Panel Activity.
