About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Client Services Analyst to join our team at DTCC. As a key member of our Client Account Services team, you will play a leading role in key new member onboarding and account lifecycle activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the onboarding of new accounts by managing required risk and legal documentation
  • Review and accept all new sales contracts and amendments/addendums to ensure company-wide compliance with established procedures
  • Respond directly to applicants/clients via various communication mediums
  • Partner and coordinate with various internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and lifecycle activities
  • Perform anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) validations to support new onboardings and regular refreshes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience
