About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Safety Manager to join our team at Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a Fire Safety Manager, you will be responsible for leading on all matters relating to fire safety and ensuring the organisation meets its statutory obligations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide professional fire safety leadership and management to ensure compliance with current statutory requirements, codes of practice, and Trust policies and procedures.
  • Identify and escalate non-conformities, and put in place corrective actions to ensure the Trust's fire safety strategy is effective.
  • Develop and implement a clear fire safety strategy, ensuring an effective programme of training, inspections, risk assessments, and maintenance programmes are developed and delivered.
  • Provide specialist advice and guidance to the Estates and Facilities Directorate for initial design input in the preparation of Capital Projects.
