Job Summary

As an Environmental Health and Safety Manager at Rullion Limited, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective management of health, safety, and environmental risk within our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate and support the implementation of procedures and processes within our Business Management system. You will also be responsible for conducting site-based monitoring activities, including inspections and audits, to ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures. Additionally, you will provide competent Environmental, Health and Safety support to our depot management team and ensure the delivery of continual improvement in pursuit of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure all EHS legislation, customer, and stakeholder EHS requirements are recognized and implemented.
Plan, implement, monitor, and review protective and preventative measures identified by the hazard analysis and risk assessment process.
Outline safe operating procedures that identify and take account of all relevant hazards.
Deliver informal internal safety training courses to site-based staff and contractors.
Provide EHS advice to the depot management team.
Complete site inspections and audits in line with a published schedule.

Requirements

Level 3 qualification in health and safety management.
Innovation - Being prepared to take risks and make decisions that push traditional boundaries resulting in new and innovative projects and ways of working.
