About the Role

The EHS Lead at Siemens Energy ensures the business adheres to health, safety, and environmental regulations by collaborating closely with the Head of EHS to develop and implement the EHS strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Collaborating with the Head of EHS to implement EHS strategy
  • Engaging with employees to drive a proactive health and safety culture
  • Guiding managers and employees on regulation and risk mitigation
  • Performing inspections and reporting findings
  • Undertaking incident investigation and root cause analysis

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering industry
  • NEBOSH Diploma in health and safety
  • NEBOSH or IEMA Environmental Management Certificate (desirable)
  • Knowledge of Construction Design and Management Regulations
  • Knowledge of REACH Regulations
  • Knowledge of PUWER Regulations
  • Knowledge of HAV's Regulations
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
