Job Summary

The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) is a leading regulator for work-related health and safety in Great Britain. We are seeking a skilled Dynamics Functional Consultant to join our Digital Dynamics Team and contribute to the modernisation of our services.

About the Role

As a Dynamics Functional Consultant, you will work closely with projects, business teams, analysts, and user experience specialists to deliver and maintain solutions that meet business needs. You will be responsible for configuring the CRM system to meet business and end-user requirements, collaborating with developers and business analysts to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, and managing change and deployment cycles for new and existing implementations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure the CRM system to meet business and end-user needs, utilising Customer Service and Field Service modules in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Collaborate with developers and business analysts to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other back-office solutions.
  • Manage change and deployment cycles for new and existing implementations across the CRM platform.
  • Manage the efficient planning and delivery of new updates, modifications, and the adoption of best practice policies.
  • Manage and coach a team of CRM/Dynamics Support Analysts.
Requirements
  • Good experience with Microsoft Dynamic CRM 365 (Customer Service and Field Service modules), specifically around solution and entity creation and deployment.
  • Proficient with configuring, deploying, and customising Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the Power Apps portal.
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps and Power Automate workflows.
  • Good understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Azure tenancy, Outlook, and Power Platform.
