We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics Functional Consultant to join our Digital Dynamics Team at the Health and Safety Executive. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering and maintaining solutions that meet business needs with efficient and effective processes and ways of working.
Key Responsibilities- Configure the CRM system to meet the business and end-user needs, specifically utilizing Customer Service and Field Service modules in Dynamics 365 and utilizing Power Platform.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and architects to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other back-office solutions.
- Use Azure DevOps to record development and configuration activities.
- Monitor and assess data capacity within a solution to ensure space utilization continues to reflect business needs efficiently.
- Configure CRM workflows to support business processes, extract data, produce tailored reports, and respond to information requests.
- Utilize CRM export and import processes to support team requirements.
- Manage change and deployment cycles for new and existing implementations across the CRM platform.
- Manage the efficient planning and delivery of new updates, modifications, and the adoption of best practice policies, including conducting research to identify opportunities to leverage new functionality within the system that is released by Microsoft.
- Manage and coach a team of CRM/Dynamics Support Analysts.
- Experience of coaching/staff management, to bring out the best in people.
- The ability to bring together technical and non-technical skills to quickly research and systematically solve problems.
- Good planning, scheduling skills, and ability to work logically.
- Good Communication skills.
- Proactive and flexible.
- Can-do approach.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good experience with Microsoft Dynamic CRM 365 (Customer Service and Field Service modules), specifically around solution and entity creation and deployment.
- Proficient with configuring, deploying, and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the Power Apps portal.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps would be preferable but not essential.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript would be preferable.
- Demonstrated proficiency in understanding and implementing business workflows and processes.
- Knowledge of and experience using the Power Apps platform admin centre for key environment management tasks and database management.
- A good understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Azure tenancy, Outlook, and Power Platform.
- Experience creating, deploying, and managing Power Automate workflows.

As a Dynamics Functional Consultant, you will be a functional consultant in our Digital Dynamics Team and will be working closely with projects, business teams, analysts, and user experience specialists. You will deliver and maintain solutions that meet business needs with efficient and effective processes and ways of working.
Hybrid working is available for this role, with a base at any HSE office and occasional travel to other offices, including our HQ in Bootle.
