An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Clinical Psychologist to work within the Medical Psychology Department at North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust. The post-holder will be based within a diverse team, working alongside motivated and compassionate psychology colleagues.

Main duties of the job
  • Offer specialist assessment and evidence-based, psychologically-informed support to patients accessing the Medical Psychology Department.
  • Work to provide a high-quality, compassionate and trauma-informed service to all individuals.
  • Undertake psychological risk assessment and risk management, as well as providing specialist advice to colleagues across the MDT.

The estimated salary for this role is £45,500 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Person SpecificationQualifications
  • Doctorate level training in Clinical or Counselling Psychology
  • Basis for HCPC registration as an Applied Psychologist
  • Experience in clinical health psychology
