About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and self-motivated Project Manager to join our Construction and Delivery Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering multi-million-pound physical change projects across our estate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed within the agreed time, cost, and quality parameters.
  • Manage retail delivery elements, develop and implement communication plans, and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
  • Effectively plan and coordinate resources, update key project information, and ensure projects are completed to high-quality standards.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior project managers, and contribute to the successful execution of our investment projects.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in delivering structured and well-planned projects.
  • Strong project delivery experience, with excellent computer skills and technical proficiency.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and timescales, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, cost, and time.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a focus on building effective relationships and influencing key decision-makers.
