About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team at SF Recruitment. As a key member of our IT Services team, you will be responsible for delivering projects that meet our customers' needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • Assemble, plan, and lead technical teams to deliver project objectives, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Track project progress and costs, proactively managing any changes via a controlled Change management process.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including action plans, risk assessments, and issue logs.
  • Provide project reporting, both internal and external, to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in IT project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate technical teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
