Imaging Department Administrator

Spire Healthcare is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their Imaging Department team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the multi-disciplinary team, ensuring efficient patient administration and accurate completion of audit materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently book and record patient details and appointments on the system.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, consultants, and visitors.
  • Register new and follow-up patients for procedures, outpatient consultations, and pre-op assessments.
  • Ensure accurate completion of audit materials and issue of radiology reports.
  • Provide reception cover and general administrative support to the Imaging department.

Requirements:

  • Highly organized and able to manage workload.
  • Experience in an administrative role or similar environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Good computer skills and competent with Microsoft Office packages.
