About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for generating new leads, appointments, and referrals through proactive business development activities. You'll attend and close sales meetings independently, build relationships with potential introducers and referral partners, and achieve quarterly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business owners, board members, and HR managers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and appointment setting
  • Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline to ensure timely and effective sales forecasting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and business growth initiatives
Requirements
  • 4+ years of B2B solution sales experience
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong relationships-building and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of meetings
  • Previous field-based experience
