Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry leaders
  • Coordinate events and conferences to facilitate knowledge sharing and networking
  • Utilize CRM software to track client interactions and agreements
  • Contribute to the development of an internal knowledge base and support new client onboarding
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree with outstanding results
  • UK work permit
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Google Docs Editors suite
  • 2 years of experience in client management, account management, or customer success roles
