We are seeking a Behaviour Support Worker to work in a Secondary School setting, providing support to children and young people with SEMH needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and young people with complex needs and be able to build strong relationships with students, parents, and teachers.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Deliver behaviour management programmes to students in small classes.
  2. Work closely with the school to identify areas where progress can be made and make a positive impact.
  3. Provide ongoing support and guidance to students, parents, and teachers.
