Job Title: Payment Strategy Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled Payment Strategy Lead to join our team at United Trust Bank. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to develop and implement payment strategies that drive business growth.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our payment strategy, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with our business objectives. You will also be responsible for managing our payment processes, including payment release, daily cash flow, and reconciliation, as well as providing payment reporting to key committees.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing payment teams within the financial services sector, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results. You will be a strong leader, able to motivate and inspire your team to achieve their best. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement payment strategies that align with our business objectives
  • Manage our payment processes, including payment release, daily cash flow, and reconciliation
  • Provide payment reporting to key committees, including insights on payment control performance
  • Lead investigations into payment incidents, frauds, and other issues
  • Familiarity with regulatory payment frameworks, such as PSD2
Requirements

  • Strong leadership skills, with ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with regulatory payment frameworks, such as PSD2
Salary and Benefits
